The brief was to showcase our flagship development in Guildford and deliver a creative and unusual show apartment, which incorporated a semi basement master bedroom and bathroom. The result was a truly inspirational blend of opulence that cleverly entwined the theme of travel and the trade winds. The project was superbly presented and the finished result was a very different type of show apartment that was commented on by many – well done Marks & Ayling.
